Healing Meditation Try to sit in a quiet environment. Sit in a chair or on a couch with your feet apart touching the ground. Your hands should not be touching and your palms facing upward. Breathe deeply, in through your nose, out through your mouth. As you continue this breathing, imagine a flow of white light like a river entering your head, sweeping down your spinal column to your feet. Imagine the white light flowing out the feet and away from the body, carrying with it any illness or undesirable impediments. Do this now for a few minutes. Now, lock your auric field by crossing your feet at the ankles and put your hands together so that the incoming light is pouring into the body through your head and filling your aura with it. Mentally create individual bubbles of white light over each of your chakras. Starting with the crown chakra at the top of your head, visualize this bubble of light entering and surrounding your entire head. Downward from there let the light project from itself a beam which surrounds your brow chakra becoming another bubble of white light. Project the shaft downward until there is a sparkling, brilliant shaft of white light running from the top of your head to your toes with each chakra area lighted by the bubbles of white light, your throat chakra, your heart chakra, your solar plexus chakra, your sacral chakra, and your root chakra. Feel it entering every cell and flowing through the recharged blood stream and revitalized nervous system. Keep breathing deeply, in through your nose, out through your mouth. Sit quietly visualizing the crown chakra vibrantly throwing out sparks of white light like a fountain. Imagine it shooting the life forces upward above the head and the particles then falling down through the aura, permeating it with electromagnetic energy until the entire aura is filled with glowing, sparkling light. See the flow pulsating with power and flowing now like lava. While holding this visualization speak these affirmations: “I am surrounded by the Pure White Light of Christ…I am in the infinite light, and the infinite light is in me…Nothing but good can come to me…Nothing but good shall come out of me… the light surges into and through my blood, making it a fountain of life, bringing purity, vitality, youth and beauty into my being” Surrounded thus by a bubble of vibrant power, relax completely and soak in the aura of peace and love all around you. Any afflicted parts of the body feel renewed with energy and every cell is vibrating equal harmony. The recharged bloodstream and nervous system is renewing every cell, every muscle, every tissue of your body. The current of revitalized energy cleanses any diseased parts and steps up the vibration of the cells of your body. Bathe in this loving energy…….
